Little Learner Children's Academy is a family-owned and operated group of child care centers that is hiring a Bilingual Daycare Office Administrator who speaks fluent Spanish and English. The Daycare Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of our childcare center. This role is essential to ensuring smooth communication with families and maintaining regulatory compliance.

- Greet and assist families, children and visitors in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student and staff records, including documentation.
- Support enrollment, scheduling, and administrative onboarding for new children and employees.
- Manage phone calls, e-mails and daily communication with families.
- Process tuition billing, track payments and assist with payroll preparation.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with state childcare licensing and foster care certification standards.
- Maintain documentation and reporting requirements for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), including meal counts and submissions.
- Support the Director with internal communications, recordkeeping, and scheduling.
- This role requires strict adherence to confidentiality policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current CCP (Child Care Professional) certificate required.
- Must speak and write fluently in both English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of state childcare regulations and foster care certification procedures.
- Experience with CACFP or other UDSA food program documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication, organization and multitasking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database systems.
- Prior experience in a childcare, foster care, education or administrative setting preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
