Job Description:

The Product Life Management Administrative Assistant performs tasks as necessary to support the Transitions team. They execute administrative and routine functions that supports product disposition including disposition type, coding, sku listing and compliance.

"Product Lifecycle Management" refers to how a product is handled from start to finish-idea, design, production, updates, and retirement. The assistant helps maintain that entire flow inside a PLM system
  • Strong attention to detail (errors in product data can be costly)
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and databases
  • Basic understanding of technical documents or willingness to learn
  • Organization and follow-through
  • Communication across different departments
