We're looking for an experienced Scheduling Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving puzzles, building relationships, and creating schedules that work for both our clients and caregivers.

What You'll Do- Match caregivers with clients based on skills, personality, availability, and client needs.
- Build and maintain schedules that ensure every client receives reliable, high-quality care.
- Quickly resolve call-offs, emergencies, and last-minute scheduling changes.
- Maintain strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and families through proactive communication.
- Coordinate staffing for new client starts and schedule changes.
- Work closely with Client Services, Recruiting, and Leadership to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Monitor caregiver availability, overtime, and schedule efficiency.
- Track attendance, missed visits, and scheduling trends to improve service delivery.
- Review and maintain accurate scheduling records within Well Sky or other scheduling software.
- Participate in the agency's rotating on-call schedule to provide after-hours scheduling support.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of scheduling, staffing, workforce management, logistics, dispatch, healthcare coordination, or home care experience is required.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Home care, healthcare staffing, or senior living experience.
- Experience with Well Sky or similar scheduling software.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
