Hybrid 3 days in office
Salary: up to 100k, full benefits and unlimited PTO
Responsibilities:- Own the CEO's calendar end-to-end — scheduling, prioritizing, and resolving conflicts — while arranging travel for the broader leadership team
- Craft and refine executive-level communications, including company-wide messages and materials for board and senior leadership meetings
- Write and proofread internal correspondence, memos, and emails on the CEO's behalf, ensuring tone and messaging align with executive standards
- Plan and execute team-building initiatives and culture-building events for the office
- Safeguard sensitive information with strict confidentiality; maintain organized executive records and files
- Act as the main liaison connecting the CEO to internal teams and external partners/stakeholders
- Track budgets and process expense reporting for the CEO and leadership team
- Manage end-to-end logistics for board meetings, leadership offsites, and other executive-level events
- Support strategic initiatives through research, data gathering, and analysis
- Handle a range of administrative functions — document prep, call screening, catering orders, office operations, and shipping/receiving materials for events and culture programming
- Represent and reinforce company values in daily interactions, treating all colleagues and stakeholders with professionalism, respect, and care as a direct reflection of the executive team
- Minimum 5 years of EA experience at the Executive level, including 1 year at C-level
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Background in organizing and executing events of varying scale
- Polished communicator with strong writing and speaking abilities
- Bonus: creative/design capabilities, including experience with Canva or comparable platforms for producing internal-facing visual content
- Flexible and collaborative, able to pivot between competing priorities smoothly
