Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing systems and process design to maximize productivity across inventory, assortments, and pricing functions. Inspirational leader who is focused around delivering on business strategy, developing and leveraging insights, building operational capabilities, developing process/training, enhancing business performance, credibility for driving change and adoption.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:- Synthesize advanced analytics
:
Provide hindsight insights to influence inventory, pricing, and assortment systems and business processes supporting cross‑functional partners to achieve strategic and tactical objectives. - Systems Implementation and on‑going enhancements
:
Codify pricing guardrails and frameworks. Oversee the development, integration, and ongoing enhancements of pricing systems, assortment tools, space productivity and business intelligence across the merchandising organization. Leverage AI to advance planning, inventory and margin accuracy. - Operational delivery of analytics
:
Manage complex data sets, deploy predictive analytics, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of data available to users across pricing, inventory and assortment solutions aligned to strategic direction and project delivery. Own hindsight related to market competitive position and variations from strategic intent. - Process and Tool Optimization
:
Streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and ensure scalability of operations. Establish KPIs and dashboards to track pricing, inventory, and assortment effectiveness, margin impact, and system performance. - Reporting, Decision Support and Business Intelligence
:
Lead the development of enhanced scorecards and dashboards to improve data accessibility and operational decisions for working teams. Manage a project plan with ongoing releases. Manage the master data architecture and governance process to ensure accuracy and accessibility of data. Build reusable analytics assets to enable scale, speed and reliability. - Assortment efficiency
:
Analyze sales performance and recommend product mix strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Improved store cluster process and provide analytics and insights to merchant and planning partners to increase $/ Sq ft. - Pricing execution
: ensures accurate pricing flow through systemic structure. Liaison with IT, marketing and visual partners. Collaborate with planning to review in season performance fluctuations, financial impact. Prepare weekly promotional summaries supporting go to market process. - Consultation with stakeholders

Present well‑structured action oriented insights to mid‑ and senior‑level executives, influencing merchandising, marketing, category planning, and price strategy teams. - Vendor & Technology Management
:
Work with external software vendors and internal tech teams to adapt and implement new solutions. Continuously seek user feedback and continuously release new enhancements. - Strategic Leadership
:
Lead the assortment optimization team, setting vision and priorities for product mix strategies, considering supply chain and store operations business goals. - Data-Driven Decision Making
