Commercial Contract Specialist

Every customer renewal, contract negotiation, and new deployment depends on information moving quickly and accurately across the business. At Wi-Tronix, the Commercial Contracts Specialist helps remove friction from the commercial process, ensuring deals move efficiently from proposal through renewal while protecting revenue and enabling growth.

You will serve as the central coordinator for commercial contracts across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and external legal counsel. This role combines contract administration, process improvement, and systems ownership to create a scalable contracting function that supports revenue growth and customer retention.

• Coordinate contract activity from proposal through execution and renewal
• Partner with Business Development Managers and Customer Success Managers to accelerate deal velocity and remove process bottlenecks
• Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and standardized review processes
• Own contract records and key commercial data within Salesforce
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve contract visibility and reduce manual effort
• Track renewal dates, notice periods, pricing escalations, and contractual obligations to help protect recurring revenue
• Identify recurring process challenges and implement scalable improvements

You are organized, curious, and enjoy bringing structure to complex cross-functional work. You are comfortable managing competing priorities, navigating ambiguity, and challenging outdated processes in pursuit of better outcomes.

• 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, sales operations, deal desk, commercial operations, or a similar role
• Working familiarity with commercial contracts and common legal terminology
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools such as Docu Sign CLM, Ironclad, Conga, or similar platforms preferred
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting B2B technology, SaaS, or commercial organizations preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: CPCM, World Commerce & Contracting, PMP, or CAPM certification
