Customer Service Rep, HelpDesk/Support, Bilingual
Position Purpose
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support through phone, email, chat, or in person. This role is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The CSR plays a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by delivering high-quality service and upholding the company’s standards and values.
This position is in the office, Monday through Friday.
- Support our biggest customers with order processing and problem resolution
- Review daily orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Review and process requests for mis‑shipment and/or damaged products
- Collaborate and communicate with company buyers regarding key supplier forecasts and orders.
- Assist customers with special orders, execute pricing quotes.
- Main contact for customer inquiries and problem resolution.
- High level knowledge of Microsoft programs, with a specific focus in Microsoft Excel – must be able to create spreadsheets, perform lookups, create macros, create pivot tables, etc.
- Basic everyday computer skills – creating files and folders, filing electronic communications, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
- 6–12 months customer service experience in a distribution center, warehouse, food service, and/or related area.
- 6–12 months of basic computer skills, Microsoft Word programs.
- 1–2 years customer service experience in a distribution center, warehouse, food service, and/or related area within the food industry.
