Job Summary:
The Dealership Cashier is responsible for processing payments, handling customer transactions, and providing top-notch service at the front desk. This role is key to maintaining a smooth customer experience during vehicle service and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process service and parts payments, balancing the cash drawer daily
• Handle credit, debit, and cash transactions accurately
• Provide receipts and change as needed
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Assist with filing, scanning, and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle transactions quickly and accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
