AboutThe Role
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and fun professionals to join our team as a CSR/Customer Service Representatives. The successful CSR will provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with Team members within the customer service department. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a commitment to excellent customer service.

- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
- Accurately process transactions and educate customers on products and services via phone and chat communications.
- Promote and sustain positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Offer basic troubleshooting to customer including product knowledge, recommendations and problem resolution.
- Participates in assigned projects and consistently meet department goals.
- Support activities for the department as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
- Excellent attitude and attendance/punctuality.
- Data driven and comfortable in environment with heavy emphasis on customer service and satisfaction metrics.
- Results orientated with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.
- Customer service experience preferred
