Schedule:

Deliver preventive and periodontal care within your licensed scope
Co-diagnose with the doctor during hygiene exams — your clinical judgment carries weight here
Complete periodontal charting, radiographs, and intraoral scans
Educate patients on their treatment and home care
Maintain your clinical notes and treatment records
Follow infection control and sterilization protocols

Hours:

Clinic hours are 9am-6pm during the week, and 9am-3pm on Saturdays.

Appointment lengths:

Patients per day: 7-8 patients

We schedule for thorough care, not volume. You will have time to chart properly, educate your patient, and reset your room without running behind.

iTero Lumina scanners
Digital radiography
intraoral cameras in every room
Soft Tissue Lasers , with certification training available if you don’t have it yet

What we’re looking for:

Active Illinois RDH license in good standing
Ability to administer local anesthesia
New graduates are welcome. We’ll pair you with an experienced hygienist at the beginning to build your speed and confidence — we won’t throw you into a full column on day one

An in-person meeting with the owner to see the office and talk about clinical philosophy and how our hygiene department runs
