Learning and Development Specialist

• Collaborate with Solina Group on the design and development of training programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain training materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and e-learning training programs
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Manage the learning management system and maintain accurate training records
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in learning and development
• Collaborate with employees and managers on performance management, career paths, and individual development plans
• Perform other duties as needed

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in L&D and/or training
• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work 100% on-site at the Bolingbrook, Illinois facility

Strong communication and project management skills are essential for effective performance management and career development initiatives.
