Customer Service Rep
Job Summary

This role is truly part‑time, with most shifts lasting 4 to 6 hours per day, 3 or more days per week—designed to fit your life.
Work Schedule- Sunday: 8 AM – 6 PM
- Saturday: 11 AM – 7 PM
- Monday–Friday: 11 AM – 9 PM
- Availability for shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays is required.
- Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety and customer service.
- Screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System to prepare charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes using company‑approved procedures.
- Operate a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk, stand, lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs routinely and occasionally up to 32 lbs (rarely 50 lbs).
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer or patient‑facing role.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to work in a setting with potential exposure to blood borne pathogens; prolonged glove wear required for 90% of tasks.
Starting hourly wage: $18.00 (subject to state or local minimum wage requirements). U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives and participate in medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, disability coverage, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well‑being benefits. Eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation and up to 80 hours of sick time per calendar year.
