Staffing Coordinator, HR​/Recruitment

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Staffing Coordinator. This role involves facilitating client‑specific processes and cultivating a positive work environment. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in the staffing industry or administrative work and strong bilingual (English & Spanish) abilities.

• Daytime, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with occasional weekends.
• $18‑20 per hour, depending on experience.

• Facilitate client‑specific processes or requests (e.g., orientations)
• Foresee client needs to ensure a prepared candidate pool
• Cultivate a positive working environment
• Correspond with payroll and management for reporting and submittals
• Track time and attendance of temporary employees using onsite timekeeping system
• Communicate to branch on staffing needs and volume
• Act as the first level of conflict resolution for onsite issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations for both client and Accurate Personnel

• 1–2 years of experience within the staffing industry or relevant administrative experience
• Bilingual abilities (English & Spanish) strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities and problem‑solving aptitude
• Experience with Avionte BOLD is a plus
