You will manage Paycom HRIS, oversee recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll data preparation while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
The role requires 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency in Paycom, MS Office, and Google Workspace. Bilingual Spanish/English is highly valued.
