Bilingual HR Administrative Coordinator (English/Spanish)

Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Administrative Coordinator who is fluent in English and Spanish to support a busy manufacturing facility.

This position provides a combination of HR support, recruiting, onboarding, employee communication, training coordination, compliance, and administrative support
. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, dependable, and comfortable working directly with employees, supervisors, management, Human Resources, and staffing partners.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in HR administration, recruiting, staffing, onboarding, employee relations, or high-volume administrative support who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Bilingual English/Spanish is REQUIRED.

Key Responsibilities HR & Employee Support
  • Provide bilingual English/Spanish support to employees and management.
  • Assist Human Resources with employee relations matters, investigations, coaching discussions, and corrective action documentation.
  • Support employee meetings, interviews, investigations, and other HR-related activities.
  • Assist with employee communications, policy acknowledgments, and company announcements.
  • Help communicate new policies, procedures, and corporate initiatives to employees.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
Recruiting & Onboarding
  • Coordinate recruiting activities with Human Resources, staffing agencies, and department managers.
  • Schedule candidate interviews and assist with the interview process.
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Prepare, collect, scan, and process new hire documentation.
  • Assist new employees with timekeeping setup and facility orientation.
  • Help conduct new hire orientation and HR-related training as needed.
  • Communicate with temporary staffing partners regarding workforce needs and onboarding.
Training & Compliance
  • Coordinate safety, quality, and compliance training.
  • Facilitate training sessions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Assist with compliance activities and labor law posting audits.
  • Maintain organized personnel files and HR documentation.
  • Ensure employee records are maintained according to company policies and applicable requirements.
Administrative Support
  • Reconcile temporary labor hours and prepare information for staffing invoice review.
  • Maintain personnel files and HR-related records.
  • Perform data entry and maintain records within JDE
    .
  • Assist with administrative and recordkeeping needs for operations and maintenance departments.
  • Review and distribute incoming mail and correspondence.
  • Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors.
  • Coordinate meetings, meals, training events, and other onsite activities.
  • Provide administrative support for corporate HR requests and site initiatives.
Manufacturing & Operational Support
  • Serve as a liaison between employees, supervisors, management, HR, and staffing agencies.
  • Help leadership reduce the administrative workload associated with HR and workforce processes.
  • Support employee engagement and workforce communication initiatives.
  • Participate in plant safety meetings, safety programs, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish – REQUIRED
  • Previous experience in HR, recruiting, staffing, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
  • Comfortable communicating with employees at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, or administrative systems preferred.
