- Assess training needs across departments and design, develop, and implement training programs that align with business objectives.  - Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.  - Create and maintain training materials, presentations, and resources to enhance the learning experience.  - Manage training programs for ongoing employee development, including technical, soft skills, leadership, and compliance training.  

- Partner with management to identify skill gaps and provide recommendations for further development opportunities.  - Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from employees and managers for continuous improvement.  - Help drive a culture of continuous learning by encouraging employees to pursue career development opportunities.  - Support performance management initiatives by coaching managers on how to provide feedback and development opportunities to their teams.  

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee development to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.
