Sr. Manager, Offsite Ad s & Partnerships

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager of Offsite Ad Offerings & Partnerships. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of offsite advertising products, driving traffic and sales through innovative digital media solutions.

• Own the strategy and roadmap for offsite advertising offerings across various platforms.
• Lead the end-to-end ad product strategy from inception to launch, ensuring scalability and adoption.
• Conduct thorough market and operational research to inform product prioritization and decision-making.
• Develop compelling product narratives and value propositions tailored to client needs.
• Manage key partnerships with digital advertising platforms to ensure effective execution and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, IT, and Measurement teams to deliver integrated solutions.

• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on programmatic and paid social media.
• Hands-on keyboard execution experience
• Strong experience with The Trade Desk
• Proven ability to manage platform relationships, including negotiations and joint planning.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong emphasis on execution in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

• Experience in retail media or e-commerce environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into actionable client offerings.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media trends.

The pay range for this role is $31 - $64 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
