Job DutiesWorking closely as a regional team, the IT Business Systems Analyst II is responsible to align solution designs with client requirements, as well as produce technical documentation artefacts using Atlassian tools (Confluence and Jira). Ensures that both the initial solution designs and end‑to‑end life‑cycle change events are properly defined and communicated to development teams. Documentation involves creating template‑based requirements documents, software testing plans, requirements traceability use‑cases, and conducting administrative activities in Jira, including logging, status tracking, and issue resolution to assure deliverables meet requirements.

- Accountable for facilitating, documenting, administering, and publication of technical change releases.
- Responsible to produce change‑related documentation, while ensuring solutions align with system capabilities.
- As technical liaison, confirms project scope for client solutions; identifies gaps and explains solution options, makes recommendations, and communicates effectively to resolve issues during solution design and delivery.
- Communicates scope changes, enhancements, and modifications to agreed requirements both verbally and written, to project managers, sponsors, developers, and other stakeholders to clarify issues and gain alignment.
- Prepares and executes appropriately detailed requirements documents, and facilitates test plans, use‑cases, and protocols, including assisting project team during resolution of non‑conformances.
- Coordinates actions required for effective release management, including tracking and scheduling deployments, and obtaining prior approvals.
- Provides IT incident resolution oversight, including first‑time‑right, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Uses and improves standard templates to correctly and consistently maintain requirements documentation.
- Manages competing priorities across multiple organizational areas to reconcile/reset/reduce schedule impacts.
- Contributes to feasibility studies, Statement of Work (SOW) and RFP/RFI responses, certifications, audits, etc.
- Adheres to company policies, follows department procedures and standard practices, and respects guidelines governing privacy, physical security, and information security.
- Self‑starter with ability to balance a sense of urgency against measured thinking and attention to detail.
- Conducts oneself in a professional manner at all times with good communication skills as a team player.
- Onsite position with some flexibility; willingness to occasionally work beyond regular office hours when needed.
- Displays reliable work habits, including collaborative attitude, punctual attendance, and appropriate dress.
- Work performed in a light industrial setting with intermittent exposure to shop floor noise.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, reach and move safely through facility, as well as use secure entry/exit portals.
