Digital Specialist, Virtual Try-on (Contractor)

Location:
Bolingbrook, IL 60440
Schedule:
Hybrid (1 day in a month/just to collect the color samples)
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with buying teams to coordinate and track product samples for new launches
- Track new product deliveries and follow-up on late shipments for new brands and launches
- Collaborate with the client's Marketplace team to identify priority 3P brand launches to launch in Glam Lab
- Photo, label, and document makeup swatches using iOS and macOS
- Extract hex color values from makeup swatches using photoshop
- Partner with the Digital Discovery Analyst to set-up and enter data for new SKUs in calibration app
- Support analytics and performance metrics from a category, brand and product perspective
- Partner with the Digital Discovery Analyst and the AR Innovation team to support user acceptance testing on enhancements and new experiences
- Assists with business validation testing on new capabilities and enhancements
- Assist with training documentation and Q/A
- Proactively make recommendations regarding merchandising within the virtual try-on tool
- Support Glam Lab looks and SKU campaigns as needed and with direction from the Digital Discovery Analyst
- Manage QR code process for digital team—creating from requests, managing links and trackers for all forms of marketing including print, in-store graphics/visuals, etc
- Troubleshoot QR code issues as they arise in a timely fashion
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Beauty enthusiast with knowledge and/or experience with cosmetics/beauty products
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint experience preferred
- Skills in Adobe Analytics and Photoshop preferred
- iOS and macOS user
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong listening skills
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong eye for color and detail
- Effective cross-functional collaboration skills
- Outstanding communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize projects and multitask to get things done
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Background in color theory, a plus
