Title:
Site Operations Analyst I (Contractor)
Location:
Bolingbrook, IL 60440
Duration: 6 Months
Note: Working hours for this position are Saturday and Sunday day shifts 7am to 4 pm CT or 8 am to 5 pm CT and 3 weekday day shifts.
Overview
The Site Operations Analyst I is responsible for supporting the daily operations of digital platforms, including website and mobile applications. This role focuses on monitoring performance, identifying issues, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain a seamless user experience.
This position requires working weekends (Saturday and Sunday) plus three weekdays (total 5 working days per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor website and application performance, including traffic, errors, and user activity
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate technical or operational issues
- Triage and manage incident tickets based on severity and impact
- Document issues with clear details (steps, screenshots, timestamps)
- Coordinate with IT, engineering, and business teams for issue resolution
- Track incidents through closure and provide status updates
- Analyze basic performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, error rates)
- Identify trends and share actionable insights
- Execute test cases for new features and validate functionality
- Perform testing across desktop, mobile, and app platforms
- Log and track defects until resolution
- Maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system updates
- Ensure data accuracy and system reliability
- Support ongoing digital initiatives and operational tasks
- Assist senior team members as needed
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in digital operations, eCommerce, or technical support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of websites, apps, and user experience
- Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA, Service Now) preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
