SAP Consultant, Systems Analyst
Overview
We are looking for a Finance Senior Analyst to design and configure the SAP Finance application in a SAP S/4 HANA Central Finance Retail agile environment. The role involves building Finance and Controlling solutions, facilitating blueprint workshops, conducting gap analyses, and implementing financial solutions within an agile team.
Responsibilities- Partner with finance business partners to understand their needs, document requirements, and deliver solutions using FICO applications.
- Recommend and implement solutions in S/4 HANA FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, PS, and Group Reporting.
- Design integrations between SAP S/4 and third‑party applications such as Blackline, Concur, and FIS.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate SAP S/4 HANA Finance with other SAP modules (SD, MM, WM) and external systems.
- Follow controls while working in an SDLC environment, including agile.
- Build trusted relationships with business partners, IT teams, and consulting partners.
- Evaluate, propose, devise, and initiate process improvement activities or solutions within IT.
- Advise on application security, upgrades, backups, and archival needs; ensure all support requests follow standards and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or applicable work experience.
- 1+ year hands‑on experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
- 5+ years hands‑on SAP FICO experience covering intercompany, AP, AR, GL, AA, CCA, PCA, PS, and Group reporting.
- Skilled at tackling complex challenges, either leading troubleshooting or advising others.
- Experience designing, configuring, and enhancing SAP S/4 in an agile environment.
- Ability to create and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, process flows, and supporting documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with non‑technical business partners.
- Experience collaborating with other IT areas (ABAP, Basis, Security, Integrations).
- Experience presenting solutions to IT and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint is a plus.
- Experience working with production support and project consultants in an onshore/offshore model.
Pay range: $102,900 – $145,000 per year, plus potential bonus. Full‑time employees are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part‑time employees receive dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
