- Oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function.
- Responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management.
- Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports.
- Attain daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling.
- Health and Safety Management.
- Ensure State/Local/Federal regulations compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required.
- Advanced logistics industry knowledge required
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations required.
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components required.
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production required.
