Job Summary:
Manages the Aftermarket Project Support team and ensures department processes meet expected performance levels
Responsibilities- Management includes recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures, approval of weekly time and all PTO requests
- Responsible for oversight of the teams project set up, invoicing and completion of all required financial movements specific to each contract and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Support team in internal communication to ensure timely execution of invoices and completion of services ensuring Customer satisfaction
- Work directly with internal departments to establish and enhance SAP functionality to support all workflows
- Ensure creation and revisions for all departmental workflows
- Process purchase orders and approve vendor invoices
- Delivers job forecasting and Team metrics
- Assist in coverage of the Order Fulfillment team when needed
- Other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent management skills for directing, coaching, scheduling, and assisting team members
- Thorough knowledge of Daifuku technology and processes
- Computer skills including MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
