Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for leading a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) accountable for in-store execution for a set group of essential customers. You will drive sales volume, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coach/develop your team.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of Account Sales Managers.
- Drive sales volume and track KPIs.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Ensure in-store execution for essential customers.
- 3+ years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management experience.
- Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
- Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
- English proficiency; additional languages an advantage.
- Travel 0-10%.
