- Manage daily workflow, staffing, mentoring, and performance development.
- Serve as an escalation point for attorneys and business professionals.
- Oversee conflict checks, new matter intake, and risk assessment activities.
- Drive process improvements and support strategic operational initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs for team members and stakeholders.
- Track metrics, reporting, and service-level performance.
- Ideal background:
5+ years of legal conflicts/intake experience with supervisory experience preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
