Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to run and maintain production machinery. The role ensures products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and monitor production machines according to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate larger problems as needed.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and supporting other production tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
