Reverse Logistics Electronics Technician

BBI is a North American 3PL and operations partner supporting international brands with warehousing, fulfillment, and reverse logistics. We are expanding our electronics refurbishment and returns operations and are looking for a hands‑on Electronics Repair Technician.

This role is an excellent match for former or current printer / copier service technicians (Xerox, Ricoh, Canon, Konica Minolta, HP, etc.).

• Inspect and diagnose returned electronic equipment
• PCB replacement
• Case / enclosure replacement
• Mechanical part swaps
• Clean, test, and validate repaired units
• Classify products as A-Stock or B-Stock
• Document repairs and update internal systems
• Work closely with warehouse and reverse‑logistics teams

• Experience as a printer / copier technician or electronics service technician
• Comfortable with diagnostics, disassembly, and reassembly
• Used to following service manuals and repair procedures
• Familiar with depot repair, RMA, or refurbishment environments
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and quality‑focused

• Stable, warehouse‑based role (no field service)
• Hands‑on technical work with international brands
• Growing refurbishment operation with long‑term potential
