We are hiring Manufacturing Workers for a food manufacturing company with openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. This is a performance-to-hire opportunity, giving you the chance to join the company permanently based on performance and attendance.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
Pay:
• 1st
Shift: $19.68/hour
• 2nd
Shift: $19.68/hour
• 3rd
Shift: $20.93/hour
Job Responsibilities:
• Support packaging line operations
• Assemble and tape boxes for production
• Pack finished products into boxes
• Seal boxes and stack onto pallets
• Heat seal bags and package product
• Fill and tie bulk products into super sacks
• Pass product through metal detectors
• Stack bags and boxes into pallet configurations
• Sort recyclable materials (plastic/corrugate)
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety procedures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
