2nd Shift Machine Operator
Pay: $18 and up depending on experience
Schedule: Mon-Thu 2:30pm-1am

What You'll Do:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery during the 2nd shift.
• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting to keep production moving seamlessly.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Accurately package and label products according to specifications.
• Maintain detailed production records and ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
• Support quality control processes to uphold product integrity.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, fostering a safe and efficient environment.
• Meet daily production goals while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience operating manufacturing or production machinery.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Good organizational skills and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with specific machinery or equipment relevant to our production process.
• Knowledge of GMP and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic mechanical or technical training/certifications.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule (e.g., 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Willingness to support a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
