Vitrek LLC is looking for a detail-driven Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our high-performance production team. In this role, you’ll work hands‑on with precision instrumentation products, contributing directly to the assembly, wiring, and quality assurance of advanced electronic and mechanical systems.

- Perform SMT and through-hole soldering
, including fine-pitch components under magnification - Assemble electro-mechanical systems, including box builds and subassemblies
- Build, route, and terminate wires, cables, and harnesses to specification
- Inspect electrical and mechanical components for quality, defects, and compliance
- Prepare materials including cutting, stripping, labeling, and kitting components
- Interpret schematics, engineering drawings, BOMs, and ECOs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
- Support production goals and assist with additional tasks as needed
- 3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience and/or military technical training
- Strong proficiency in fine-pitch SMT soldering and rework
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions independently
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem‑solving mindset with sound judgment
- Effective communication and a collaborative team attitude
- Willingness to work overtime as production demands require
- Ability to perform precise repetitive assembly tasks
- Strong hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs regularly
USD $17.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
