Blender FK Operator

Job Position: Blender 6 Forklift Operator

Location: BOLINGBROOK, IL 60490

Pay Rate: $21.37/hr

Shift: 2nd (2 pm-10 pm)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to support the Blender department in a production environment. This role is responsible for operating material handling equipment to supply raw materials to Blender Operators and assist with inventory management. Associates will work in a fast-paced food production environment while following safety, quality, and GMP guidelines.

• Operate forklift equipment to move and transport raw materials throughout the facility.
• Supply raw materials to Blender Operators as needed for production.
• Verify that all raw materials are properly labeled and approved before use.
• Perform inventory checks and track items following FIFO procedures.
• Store raw materials in the correct warehouse locations.
• Conduct inbound truck and product inspections.
• Ensure order accuracy and lot traceability.
• Follow GMP, safety, and food quality procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Ability to follow FIFO and GMP procedures in a production environment.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds safely when needed.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Steel-toe shoes and proper PPE required.
