Weather Tech Direct is seeking well-qualified Order Pickers/Packers to pick, package, and restock various products.
Open positions are on 1st and 2nd Shift.
1st Shift times: 6:00 am–2:00 pm; 2nd Shift times: 2:00–10:30 pm.

The hourly rate of pay is $18.50 per hour or more depending on experience. 2nd Shift receives a $1.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities- Pick orders by reading pick tickets (BOLs) and moving product to the shipping area by operating an RF Scanner.
- Package various products to order specifications.
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders.
- Train new and existing team members on different functions of the production area to ensure all can perform each task properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity.
- Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department.
- Minimum of 6 months related work experience.
- Experience using an RF Scanner.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions.
- A high degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required.
- Fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States.
