Foam Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $18.75 Training on week in the 1st shift 2nd shift 2:00pm-10pm
Total Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a growing company in Bolingbrook, is hiring several Foam Machine Operators! The Foam Machine Operator opportunity is temporary to permanent on the First Shift, 6:00 am 2:30 pm, Monday Friday.
The Foam Machine Operator will earn $18.00 & $1.00 pay increase once hired.

Job Summary:
The Foam Machine Operator will convert/cut foam to various sizes and thicknesses using vertical band saw and foam splitter. Six months of relevant experience required. Detail-oriented individuals needed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Machine set up.
- Cut foam into strips/sheets/pads/shapes.
- Follow job tickets for size and cutting information.
- Move materials processed to other process in the factory as needed.
- Assist in other areas as needed.
- Follow safety rules.
- Maintain clean workspace.
Foam Machine Operator Requirements:
- Six months of relevant experience required.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to read a ruler.
- Ability to read and understand fractions.
- The ability to lift 25+ lbs.
- Push and or pull materials using pallet jacks, carts, and 2- wheelers and various other tools.
