Manufacturing Associate – 3rd Shift

Pay: $20.00/hr (starting rate)
Shift: 11:00PM – 7:00AM

Total Staffing Solutions powered by Total Talent Resources, in partnership with a well‑known manufacturing company in Bolingbrook, is looking for several skilled and detail‑oriented Manufacturing Associates to join their growing team.

• Operate machines for cabling products in a manufacturing environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform equipment checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure quality standards and production goals are met.
• Possibly train personnel on other shifts if needed.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Computer literate to adjust machine settings.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and participate in E‑Verify.
