Production Worker​/Machine Operator

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time

Weekly Pay

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers/Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor thermoforming machines, trim excess product, inspect quality, and assist with various production tasks. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate and monitor thermoforming machines to ensure efficient production.
• Trim excess material from finished products according to specifications.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or production issues.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform additional production and warehouse duties as assigned.

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Must be comfortable working in a warm/hot manufacturing environment.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be available for overtime during peak production periods.
