G&W Electric Co. is seeking a Team Lead II for the Weld/Fab area on the 5:00am to 1:30pm shift. You will lead manufacturing employees, assign work, ensure quality and safety, and manage materials, tools, and fixtures to keep production on schedule.
The role requires 4+ years in manufacturing with prior team leadership. You will also perform supervisory tasks with support from a supervisor, and help drive continuous improvement and document actions in quality forms.
