Position Summary The Production departments create personalized gifts for our customers. Manufacturing Associates assist in a production line personalizing each unique gift. Manufacturing Associates will inspect products, load and unload fixtures, may operate machinery, and adhere to all PMall safety guidelines and standards.

1st Shift Between: 6:30 AM-3:00 PMPeak Schedule Varies Duties And Responsibilities- Produce goods in accordance with company guidelines.
- Operate Equipment used in various production areas assist in the production process.
- Load/unload equipment as needed.
- Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on all production equipment within department.
- Identify opportunities and recommend ideas for increasing productivity.
- Report any quality or equipment issues.
- Take direction from supervisor/manager.
- Reads and matches item label to customer’s request.
- Ability to match colors, words, and products.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently, as well as be a team player.
- Assist other departments when needed.
- Ensure all jobs are ready for equipment as needed.
- Continuously check quality.
- Reports to department supervisor or assigned POC.
- Attendance and punctuality are crucial.
- Follows company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- Listens and gains clarification
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Will be working with your hands all day
- Additional Duties & Responsibilities and Skills may be required based on individual department needs
