Warehouse Sorter Positions Available

Multiple positions available in our new Elwood and Bolingbrook sites! Shift Details: 6AM - 4:30PM (Monday - Thursday) Pay: $18 - $19 per hour Great benefits including:

We're looking for Warehouse Sorters to join our warehouse operations — a hands-on role that plays a vital part in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Hand-sort Pallets or Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace ("Clean as You Go").
• May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).
