• Conduct initial mental health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage medication therapy and provide supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, therapists, and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic health records using the designated EMR system.
• Utilize a measurement‑based care approach to track outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of Illinois.
• Active DEA license and valid Certificate of Deviation Status (CDS).
• One year of professional experience in an advance practice provider role, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with EMR systems.
• Passion for high‑quality, evidence‑based care and a commitment to patients’ well‑being.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $135,000 to $150,000 based on experience and other factors.
