The Staff Nurse provides safe, compassionate care by planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans. They collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.

• Develop, evaluate, and revise patient care plans to meet expected outcomes
• Conduct patient assessments, gather health data, and communicate plans to patients and families
• Share patient data with physicians and team members to support care needs
• Document health information, interventions, and communications accurately
• Provide personalized education on disease management, emergency care, and medication
• Assess cultural background and learning styles to tailor education, and identify community resources
• Support professional development of colleagues and contribute to a collaborative environment
• Offer psychological support and ensure HIPAA compliance

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (required);
  Bachelor's preferred
• Current Illinois RN licensure (required)
• CPR certification from American Heart Association (required)
