We are seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) role.
Requirements include at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.Key Responsibilities
- Perform focused reassessments and elevate concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
- Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge needs.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in medical records.
- Working 36 hours weekly, with 13-hour shifts.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication abilities for patient and family education.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
