A well-established and growing manufacturer is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve its quality systems, drive operational excellence, and support a culture of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. This leadership position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while partnering closely with operations, engineering, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities- Lead all quality assurance and quality control activities for the facility.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and root‑cause analysis methodologies.
- Analyze quality metrics and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
- Manage customer complaints, corrective actions, and preventive action processes (CAPA).
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Develop and mentor quality personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Support new product launches and process changes through APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and other quality tools as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Participate in supplier quality initiatives and customer interactions as needed.
- Experience in plastics, packaging, automotive, industrial, or other high‑volume manufacturing environments.
- ASQ certifications (CQE, CQM, or related certifications) are a plus.
- Experience with customer‑facing quality responsibilities and supplier quality management.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience leading corrective action investigations and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality auditing practices.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality‑related software systems.
