Job Summary
This role involves engaging with customers to showcase and sell products, ensuring an outstanding retail experience. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, customer onboarding, and issue resolution with moderate supervision. The role requires schedule flexibility and adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities- Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
- Listen to customer needs, providing tailored solutions that align with their preferences and requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
- Adjust to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Facilitate comprehensive onboarding for new customers, ensuring they understand product usage and management effectively.
- Collaborate with customer care to troubleshoot and resolve issues, fostering trust and ongoing customer loyalty.
- Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
- Participate in team huddles and complete required training to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and sales skills.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Base Pay: $17.00 per hour.
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $24.69 per hour.
