Treat the role as store customer service representative. Flexible part‑time or full‑time schedules available. The primary duties include operating store equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, taking phone orders, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Keep equipment and facility clean (daily).

Orientation and job training will be provided. All team members are expected to perform the required tasks and maintain a positive customer experience.

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, phone).
• Basic math skills and ability to give correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination and ability to use computer or touchscreen to enter orders.
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F and to perform tasks that may involve exposure to cornmeal dust, hot equipment, moving mechanical parts, and varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, carry goods, push trays, climb ladder and bend forward as required by the job.
