Retail Manager - Fishing Camping

Bass Pro Shops -  - Responsibilities:
Supervise one or more Sales Departments within the store, including merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, and customer service activities;
Staff departments with service-oriented associates, participate in interviewing and selection, coordinate training, and manage performance appraisals;
Open and close the store; take on Manager on Duty responsibilities; maintain planograms as directed by Corporate;
Conduct staff scheduling, coaching, and motivation to promote positive customer relations and a productive team environment;
Resolve customer and associate issues and ensure a legendary customer experience
