Job DetailsYou will be a pivotal part of our sales team selling services into medical facilities. You will manage the entire sales process, driving growth and revenue by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying leads. Your primary focus will be to generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities- Identify key decision‑makers in target organizations and initiate contact to generate interest.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Drive lead generation efforts and conversion rates through the sales funnel.
- Engage potential clients via phone, email, and in‑person meetings to understand their business needs and position our services as solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to design and execute agreed‑upon strategies for new business development.
- Maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and facilitate next steps with sales executives.
- Overcome client objections, providing solutions aligned with their business needs.
- Build strong, ongoing client relationships that foster loyalty and trust.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally selling into the medical industry (e.g., doctor's offices, hospitals, nursing homes).
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with potential clients.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Competence in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
