Sales & Marketing Representative ( Paid Training ​/ Entry Level

Hiring a full-time Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team!

Working inside major retail locations, you'll engage with customers, promote our clients' products and services, answer questions, build relationships, and generate new customer acquisitions. This role blends retail sales, marketing, and customer service while offering opportunities for advancement into leadership and management.

Whether you're starting your career or bringing previous customer service or sales experience, we'll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.

In this role, you'll represent our clients through face-to-face customer interactions, educate customers on products and services, generate new business, and build lasting customer relationships. You'll work alongside a supportive team while developing valuable skills in sales, marketing, leadership, and business development.

• Represent client brands professionally through face-to-face marketing and sales
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Educate customers on products, services, and current promotions
• Generate new customer acquisitions and help expand market share
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Learn sales, marketing, and customer acquisition strategies through ongoing training
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Lombard and surrounding areas
• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
