Retail Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in-store to understand sleep needs and recommend mattresses and bedding solutions
• Present product features, financing options, and promotions to drive sales
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and key performance metrics
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle basic paperwork
• Maintain a clean, inviting showroom and ensure products are properly displayed
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Learn and stay current on product knowledge, pricing, and competitive offerings
• Collaborate with teammates and managers to support store operations and events
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and merchandise tagging
