Pay Rate: $19.73 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Tue 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Wed 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Thur 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Sat 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
• Monitor access control points by verifying credentials, processing visitor and vendor entry, documenting arrivals and departures, and helping to deter unauthorized access to warehouse and distribution areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including the building exterior, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns.
• Support shipping and receiving operations by observing truck entry and exit activity, maintaining required logs, and following post orders related to gates, docks, and restricted areas.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
