Security Officer - Mobile Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with location management and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points, receiving areas, and high-traffic sections of the location to help to deter theft, trespassing, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence.;
Assist with closing procedures, crowd flow, and customer interactions, providing visible support for security-related concerns and reporting issues according to Allied Universal guidelines.
